To Order

To order, make your way through the site clicking the products that you are looking for. Once you have found the item you are looking for you will see the product image, description, stock level and price. Add the quantity required to the shopping basket and either continue shopping or go to Check Out.

Lead Time
Items shown within the stock area of the website are held in stock ready to send out from our warehouse in the UK. Subject to stock availability, these would be delivered next day for UK deliveries and 5-7 Days for international deliveries. Delivery
Delivery is calculated on a next day standard delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, based on the office you are registered to. Timed delivery options may be possible at an additional charge; For all queries please contact Fred Goozee on 0203 142 6700 or fredg@outstandingbranding.co.uk.

Check Out
At the Check Out page, you will see a summary of your order, confirming quantity, price per item and sub total per item ordered. At the bottom of the list of products will be a delivery cost, which has been calculated for the address you are registered to, on a standard next day service. Any tax liability is shown as a separate line item; and the total of the whole order is shown at the bottom.
There is a box to add any special additional requirements, such as a required date of delivery or contact name.

When you are ready to confirm your order, click the Check Out button. This takes you to the delivery details page. Your office details will be automatically added, but you have the opportunity to change this if required on this screen.

Damaged Goods
If your merchandise arrives broken or damaged, please contact Fred Goozee on 0203 142 6700 or fredg@outstandingbranding.co.uk. You may be asked to take a photo of the damage and send it to Outstanding Branding so a replacement can be despatched as quickly as possible.

Please make sure that any damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery to guarantee replacements.
